Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
If a client simply no shows, their credit card will be charged the full rate of the booked service. Appointments are considered "no-shows" 15 minutes after the scheduled service and no contact from the client.
